The project’s ongoing series of PhD seminars aims to develop research talent by assisting PhD students in developing their dissertations through discussion and valuable advice on key steps in the research process. The workshops are designed for both young and experienced researchers and staff of the IPS-BAS and BAS, as well as interested colleagues from universities.

At this seminar, Mina Kostova (PhD student, IPS-BAS) will present her dissertation on ‘Quality of work and professional development of nurses in Bulgaria for the period 2017-2027’.
The leading discussant will be Prof. Christian Imdorf, ProSkills2Work European Research Area – ERA holder.
The working language of the meeting will be English.
