At this seminar, Lucy Hunt (postdoctoral researcher in the ProSkills2Work project, IPS-BAS) will present on the topic:
“A Comparative Analysis of School-to-Work Transitions among Majority and Minority Youth: A Review of the Scientific Literature and the Development of a Qualitative Panel Study within the ProSkills2Work Project.”
The presentation will share preliminary findings from a review comparing school-to-work transitions among majority and minority youth in Central and Eastern European countries and will invite feedback on a draft research design for a qualitative panel within the ProSkills2Work project. The aim of the session is to collaboratively refine the approach to capturing young people’s experiences and the inequalities shaping their early labour market trajectories.
The lead discussant will be Prof. Christian Imdorf, ERA Chair holder in the ProSkills2Work project.
The working language of the meeting will be English.
The seminar will take place on 27 March 2026 (Friday), from 11:00 to 12:00, in the conference room of IPS-BAS (4 Serdika St.) and online via Zoom:
